i just got finished reading mauro dipasquale's book and it seemed pretty interesting...i'm still not really understanding though..he talks about how you can eat all the meat and cheeses you want (which sounds too good to be true) and not have to worry about calories..i've always gathered that the only way you were going to lose fat is if you burn more calories than consumed..does this mean that if i eat all this protein of meat and cheese i have to work my balls off at a nearly impossible pace.
