Would these be a good source for "good fats"?

Thanks for asking, I guess I will volunteer an answer.

Can you eat Spanish Peanuts? Absolutely! Eat them up! The more peanut consumers, the better.

If you don't finish the can you are allowed to give me the rest!

Peanuts are a "clean" food with tons of benefits.

It's good to talk about peanuts again.. (even Spanish ones!)

I had a bag of mexican peanuts yesterday. They were excellent. Had a chili powder/lime seasoning on them. Very tasty. All nuts are a healthy good fat source.

Hmmm... Possibly serves as a good source of thermogenesis for fat burning...
