View Full Version : How do you make mexican-style nacho beef?

Sometimes I go to this restaurant called Mexican Village, and I almost always order their beef nachos. Just regular chips, cheese and beef.

What I'm wondering, is how do you get that nice mexican style beef? It seems to be a bit more reddish in look, also it is more fine than regular fried ground beef.

It is more red from the chili powder. Just added the correct spices. Google some recipes.
