Just wondering if anyone uses a juicer. Are there any that leave some/all of the fiber in the juice? I had one years ago, it was a bear to clean.

I had one a few years ago as well.
Hated it.
Too much cleaning, specially the screen.
And just as you say, they take out all the fiber, which is good for you, and well, you paid for it.

I thought maybe they had advanced in a few years. Guess not.

some models, the screen captures the fiber cleanly, and you can re-add it to the juice.
but yeah, they are LOUD, a bitch to clean, and it takes about 4lbs of anything to make 8oz of juice.

Organic juicing will bankrupt you, quickly. But damn, that's good juice.

My Dad has a juicer that he got for a gift less than a year ago. I think it works great. Making quality juice is expensive, but it's tasty and healthy, so I think it's worth it. I don't really like the taste of raw veggies so I mix them with some fruit and it helps me get my fill.
