Hello! I am Spacehead from Finland and this is my first post.

For starters I am quite disappointed to my gains. I blame the alcohol, I am battling against moderate drug addiction. It seems that alcohol and else gets my hormone levels down or something as I am training as hell and eating well.

But anyway, here are the pics...

Current chest pose, April 2007 , 92 kilos , 200 pounds, with greatly reduced alcohol intake:

Straight forward pose, After a bad diet and too much alcohol, July 2005, 74 kilos, 162 pounds:

Looking good man! Second pic is quite nice and I'd be very happy with a body like that. Good to hear that you're battling what you've recognised as a problem and I hope you make all the gains you're after!
