Well ive already had my first meal. It consisted of 250 grams of egg whites, 2 slices of fatless cheese (it had 2 grams of sugar and its processed... not gonna eat too much of this stuff) and an entire large cucumber. Thats 35 grams of protein out of the 190 I need to eat. Its only been two hours since ive eaten and im already hungry. Im gonna need alot more cucumbers to get through this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
edit: Im not doing an EC stack... is that really a problem? I dont care about the fact that it takes away the hunger and fatigue but is it detrimental to my fat loss?
