Chub, how do you manage to hold so much when front squatting (?) like that? I couldn't even imagine how bad it must wreck your forearms to hold that much there.

Haha I've just got to make sure I keep my hands high. If I let them drift out in front of me I really risk losing the weight onto my knees. Trust me when I say that isn't fun. I don't really screw up my forearms as much as everyone thinks. A lot of people tend to bust blood vessels pretty badly when doing Zerchers, but I usually only have some slight tenderness.

Shark- Haha my PR is currently at BW+65 for 5, which you saw in the video. I've been doing chins for quite some time though, even when my focus wasn't really on lifting weights.
