Anyone know was mixes?

Perhaps cottage cheese and Vanilla protein powder?

I recently ordered some Nitrean for my first time and I want to know some cool combos.

I have this creamy creamy cheese that I think would work well with Nitrean. It has 11 grams of protein per 100 gram serving, not that much. The rest of it is just water and such (no carbs or fat). Im thinking of adding in 2-3 scoops of nitrean and really boost its protein and taste.

I mean why make it a shake? Im sure you can add a scoop or two of protein powder to a large container of cottage cheese and mix it up and eat as is.

2 scoops of chocolate nitrean mixed in with sugar free instant jello pudding made according to the instructions is very tasty. In fact, mix the flavors however you like.

That sounds good. Maybe toss some dextrose in for PWO?

Like how big of a jello box?
