Now i found out how much protein i should be takeing in for my body weight (185g) per day from a protein calculator. Now i've been looking at my macro's and i've been takeing around 200g - 260g of protein per day . Is this a bad thing for me to be takeing in more then my recommend amount? Just to let you all know 96g comes from protein shakes and rest form soild foods.
P.S. just wondering about the kindenys haveing to deal with all the protein

I eat as much protein as you do. You're fine. Protein won't harm your kidneys unless you have a pre-existing condition.

You don't need a protein calculator. Just hit at least a gram of protein per pound LBM (higher is fine) and you're golden.
