8 week progress. To tell you the truth, these kind of make me wonder if I'm just wasting time. Bigger triceps, biceps and manboobs aren't so big when flexed. Other than that i don't see much in these pictures. Even though I feel loads better, it makes me realize just how stupid I am when I think I look good now.
