I think its pretty good havnt had a cheat day in months havnt drank alcohol in months.
8AM: big shake Milk(semi skimmed),whey protein,natty yoghart,2 table spoons natty pb,oats,organic honey.
bowl of 4 wheet bisks and semi skimmed milk
10:30AM:orange, pear or apple. worst meal soon to be a big protein bar and a fruit.
12.30pm: 240g skinless chiken breast, 450g natty cottage cheese,half pack raw almonds, half litre of organic milk(semi skinned)
3pm:185g can of tuna,half pack raw almonds, half litre organic milk (semi skimmed) large banana.
6pm: either 2 chiken breast with veg and salad or spag bol or salmon and cous cous.
9-10pm: shake- milk(semi skimmed) whey protein, natty yoghart,natty pb (2 spoons) 2 eggs
On the weekends for lunch i will do a big cheesy ommelete or two chicken breast and baked beans or wholemeal toast beans cheese and poached egg. The rest the same
As much water as i can drink.
supplements:whey protein,creapure,noratean heavyweight 2, bcaa's
I seem to be gaining very nicely with minimal fat.
Would somebody please fitday that?
