It can take a little time to figure out FitDay, but it's worth it.

Move some of the protein from your 1230 meal to 1030.

And i dont think anyone is going to fitday that for you. Sorry man.

i am making protein bars the ones on this site with about 40grams of protein each for 10:30.
Does it take that long?

Does wat take that long. Your 1230 meal seems to be just protein. Not that there is anything wrong with it, really but I would have more balance in the meal. Since you are bulking you could replace one of the protein sources with a carb and/or fat source.

the pack of almonds is big i have half of it which is alot of fat.
milk has a good balance of carb, protein, fat
