First of all, my personal bests:

Deadlift - 190kg raw
Bench press stop-press - 137,5kg raw; 147,5kg shirt

So, I will write down here my trainings, I appreciate advice and suggestions.

Hi and good luck. It would be easier for everyone if you posted weights in pounds, but it's up to you.

Ok, I will use pounds, If I am able to re-count it , in CR we are normally used to count with kilograms.

Squat: 200kg = 441 lbs
Deadlift: 190kg = 419 lbs
Bench: 137.5kg = 303 lbs
Snatch: 90kg = 198 lbs (reserve)
Clean and Jerk: 120kg = 265 lbs
(rounded up)
To educate Bako :drooling:[jk], 1 kg = 2.2 lbs
And yes, please post in pounds, if you would.

hey westside
200 x 2.2 = 440 not 441 unless your adding in weight for clips or something?

hey mister manager, I didn't round the 2.2.
200 x 2.20462262 = 440.924524, thus being 441.
And I think you might have missed "(rounded up)"

Dude it's your journal, post whatever the **** you want, its for your reference purposes. If people are too damn lazy to convert the kg to lb themselves then who cares.

don't sweat it man, now you know
So, this week, I will end with sheiko (2 trainings with sheiko bench + assistent work) and switch to weightlifting training (3 times a week) together with assistance work+ bench press (probably from Ivanov; 2 times a week).
It's quite bogus combination, but we will see.
