Ok, I finally found the cord for my camera and uploaded some progresss pics. I'll also post these in the appropriate forum.

As you can see from the front double bi, I have an uneven-ness in my right arm compared to my left. Alot of that is due to the fact that I'm slightly angled in front of the camera, but there is definitely a difference. Forgive the paleness :)

Geez if that's pale I'm transparent.

I would suggest a nice bulk in your future.

Yea, I'm kinda doin a passive bulk right now, eatin all I can but really focusing on form and strength. The weight is comin, but its a biproduct of my efforts in the weight room.

Looking good man, but weight always comes from calories, not effort in the gym. Effort in the gym and amount of sleep dictate if it's gonna be fat or muscle weight that you end up gaining. Keep up the strong efforts!

Oh no I know that, I just meant that weight gain is on the backburner in comparison to strength training. Anyways, thanks for the props, bro!

I think you are doing great if you are trying to stay lean. Nice gains and good genetics.

dude you are EXACTLY like me when i got outta high school. im still 18, and am a late bloomer, but just finished my 1st year of college. i should be a grade behind, but whatever. i just wanna give you the motivation.. dude i weighed 149 starting college and by febuary i was 168!!!!

eat up, i know you can do it if i could, good luck man, keep me posted

So I met my goal of a 405 deadlift at a BW of 147, which I had originally hoped to hit in my meet this September. So... I guess I need a new goal! Thanks for all the help, WBB! I owe this forum and the many great lifters for how I have progressed.

you defineitely got the strength, but my God your back is bent the exact way you don't want it to be. You should probably lower the weight and work on technique...

I'm no expert, but I think you need to get those hips down and your head up!
