hey bit it works, if you need to gain weight and its near the end of the day and you didnt meet your target goal, then this is a fast way

Eat them instead of blending them. If you're going to eat junk you might as well enjoy it rather than choke down coke flavored lumps.

Because when blending all the saturated fat comes out of the burger and can be digested and absorbed more easily.

I have a better idea.

Eat the burger. Drink the drink. Eat the fries. Why mix them all up into something that cant taste good.

You'll get the same amount of calories, fat, sodium and all the artery clogging goodies! :)

how about you eat your own **** to reuse protien? that way you can save a ton on groceries, it would probably taste just as good too...

For the record, me and a buddy tried tuna in various permutations in a blender and it never quite turned out well. C'est la vie. :redface:

Not so much blending but I tenderize my meat by resetting my deadlifts on flank steak. Mmmmmmm DL reset flank steak!
