Are they good? They're faster and easier to make...
Of course, I eat way more than the serving size..

I found its easiest to pre-cook your meals measure them out put them in bags throw them in the fridge and when it comes down to meal time open the bag pop it in the nuker and you have a meal in a minute 30. I just got through making my meals. Chicken and cajun rice.

Trunks, how do you make your cajun rice?
That sounds delicious!

Its a great recipe too bad it s not mine. Theres a company that makes all sorts cajun type rice/beans, zatarain's is the company name. the macro breakdown is this if you care:
Thats on some black eyed peas and rice. I made up some dirty rice a minute ago it had zero fat 29g of carbs and 3g of protein.
Oh yeah the serving size is 1/2 prepared. 1 box makes 6 servings. They make some good stuff! I think i'll have some more at 2:30pm est.

So, does my diet look good? And how 'bout those fish strips?

Maki (and treetrunks if you want a cheaper alternative): you can make cajun rice, or any other type of spiced rice by bringing a pan of water to the boil, adding a few tsps of cajun spices, let boil for a bit, then add rice as normal.
Just make sure you rinse the rice properly before eating.

You can buy fat free chicken strips from banquet, that almost 50 grams of protien and only like 300 calorie a box. They taste pretty good to!
