Hey everyone. This is my first post on this forum, so allow me to introduce myself.

My names Matt....im 20 yrs old...and a student majoring in Electrical Engineering....

So I just started working out again a few weeks ago for the first time in over a year.

I guess my question is supplement related.

As of right now im taking N.O. Xplode and 100% Whey Gold Standard protein.
What else can I take with this for maximum gains?

But seriously, protein and creatine are the best there are, so it looks like you got it under control.

Edit: Work your abs with heavy weight, 8-12 reps. Don't do that 5,000 rep sh**

Eat everything in sight and build your routine around compound lifts such as deadlift, squat, bench press, rows, etc. The whey protein is good, I wouldn't bother with the N.O. There's a lot of good info in the stickied threads as well.
