View Full Version : What to do for meals tommorow?

Well I'm on summer break :clap: I work at a club a few nights on the weekend, so my schedule is pretty late. Usually during the week I go to bed around 2-3am and wake around 10-11am just to stay on the same schedule...

Wednesday morning my mom has a flight and we have to be up at 5am to take her...

So I'm wondering...tommorow I will get up around 11am...Do I just proceed my regular schedule and go to bed at 3am, wake up to take her, and then go back to sleep after?

OR do I go to sleep at 9-10pm (would probably take a melatonin)?

If I choose the second option, how the heck do I get my calories in? I'm on a real strict cut. Do I skip a meal, and add it to the next day since I will be up extra long? Do I combine two meals together? Anyone got a good option?
