Take ZMA and Flax before bed...
Take the creatine before or after workout.

lol, no kidding. I wonder sometimes with people on this site how they can get out the door of a mornings. Well with kens posts you have to spell everything out for him, I don't think he knows what research is.

Hey, KenShamrock, first of all...I dont think you should be taking any supplements at all!
Stop taking them!
You just bought a whole bunch of supplements and you dont even know what they do or how they work or when to take them!
Sounds to me like you are a supplement junkie.
Why did you buy the supplements and what do you think they will do for your body?
I also think that you are just looking for miracles that will turn you into something you want without the hard work required to achieve it.
I replied to your other post about your diet...what does your diet look like?
REMEMBER THAT DIET IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!

KenShamrock, not trying to turn this into a bashing thread...but why, ..why the muscletech? :(
Who cares why. If he wants to spend too much money, that's his business. Syntekz answered your question correctly Ken. I like to take flax in the morning too.

Maybe cell tech blows...or muscletech marketing blows...but I don't agree with you wonderful peopleh always bashing muscletech...half of you prolly haven't ever even looked at the labels of their products. Most of there ***** I see on the shelf is the same price as all the other crap so I don't understand the money wasting aspect...you could apply that to all supps then...i mean I only use their nitro-tech bars, but I use em cuz if I look at the label nothing else is as good in my opinion and as for price they are the same or a bit less than the other slightly inferior bars. I'm not necessarily defending muscletech, but I hate when ppl start brainlessly bashing others for buying muscletech products. Muscletech has more exposure so you see their BS ads...goto any supp site and you'll see similar BS ads there as well...
At least if someone would have said, cell-tech is overpriced because it is just basically creatine with an expensive uptake system that could be replaced with dextrose it would have helped the guy. Just saying everything from a company sucks generally isn't helpful or accurate.
I think Muscletech products are conceptually sound and of high quality, no doubt.
But there's simply no justification for that high a price they set, even if its 1000000 gazillion % better than regular creatine.
:D
but anyways, thats getting off topic. Sorry Hulk bwahaha

muscle tech has great products
most of them at least have a scientific basis for taking them
I will never use them though
Their marketing hype and extremely overpriced nature precludes any notion i have of purchasing their product
they take modest results from a study and make rediculous extrapolations
also, their language is decieving
take cell tech for instance, they claim 10 lbs of lean mass
well technically weight gain from water and glycogen (from all the damn sugar in their not to mention the creatine) is lean mass but most people look at that to mean 10 lbs of MUSCLE gain
there is an enormous difference

uh oh,...sorry to have started this debate.....or whatever. It really was a joke though. And yes, I have looked at the labels, the contaiers, etc...even taken their products. I fully agree with others on the marketting thing and whatnot, and that is where i have formed my opinion. That's pretty much it....just my little opinion. sorry y'all
