Hey guys,
Ive got two questions so i thought ill put'em in one thread...

1 - What you think about subway wraps?. They are low carb and high in protein. Any downsides?

2 - What you guys think about white cheese?.

If the macros fit into your daily allowance it should be fine. With the low-carb wraps, you have to watch out for soy flour being used. If you dont mind soy, then have it.

Can you be more specific about white cheese?

Are you asking about that feta cheese you linked? Saturated Fat might be a little high, but if you can fit it in your macros, then it works. Its a good protein/fat item.

I'm pretty sure saturated fats from dairy aren't as bad as saturated fats from meat

I go through a tub of feta in about a week. I eat 1/2 cup a day of feta. Great mixed into salads or hummus. Hummus with feta, and brocolli to scoop it up is usually 1/2 my dinner along with a chicken breast or two.
