I am currently taking 3-4 protein shakes a day and I am making them mixed with ice, protetin, water and fruit... usually pineapple slices...

I was wondering if I should not be using the fruit because of sugar? Ok any comments on this would be great!

How many cals a day are u consuming?
What are your goals?

my goals are to gain mass... however, I don't want to gain a ton of fat during a "bulking session"

I am 6'2 186 and I lift 4/5 days per week... I consumer about 3600 cals per day

Don't worry about it. As long as it fits in your macros, you're ok.
