Ok i've been on a pretty good diet and for the past like 3 weeks i haven't had a cheat day... And i haven't had a "hunger" problem, but lately i've been hungry all the damn time, i try to load up on salad or whatever vegetable i am having during my meals to kill the hunger, but it doesn't work. So i am thinking on going on a cheat day tomorrow, do you think it will reset my leptin levels and all that other shiznit :) that controls appetite?

Well, the cheat day will restore your sanity, not sure about leptin though.

You're probably not hungry, its prolly just a craving, homes.

You can either suck it up, use willpower and go crazy, or you can have a cheat day.... or just start bulking.

if you cheat put in a good workout before and call it an insulin spike

Yes, it will help, but expect to need another one in less than three weeks -- they will need to be more and more frequent the leaner you get.
