My only complaint is when doing those dips don't lock your elbows and maybe go a little lower on the descent.

allen - I suppose I could go abit lower on the dips but even at the depth im at here I feel some strain on my shoulders. And should I not be locking out my arms on them too?
getfit - Thank you.

nice, that's a strong workout. If you're looking for criticism, it looks like your hips are coming up a little early on the deadlifts.

75 on dips.....nice man
Nice stuff. After readin that thread in the BBing section, I wouldnt go any further on the dips. The increased ROM doesnt seem worth the possible risk.

I just wouldn't lock them out because it's a lot of pressure right on the joint. And if you can't go any lower, that's fine. I can go much lower, but maybe it's just the way we're built.

Thanks guys.
gunshow - I like to put it down, reset my grip, form tight then back up.
dabaugh - Thanks.
con - Yeah I try to only go until I feel my shoulders starting to give.
Shark - I'll try not to lock out my elbows next time. thanks for the tips.

Good stuff. I thought the dips were plenty low. I might say to drop slower on them, under more control. Close-grips looked easy.
Why did you decide to do your deadlift reps like that? To me that is 3 singles with short rest.

Awesome. Being the complete flaming newbie I am, I hadn't really thought of how to do tbar rows without a machine yet, thanks.
