you're worried about your arms? You have a nice lean build, but don't worry about your arms, you need to put some serious effort into your legs (and everything else).
Eat, Lift Heavy, Rest, Repeat....
What are your goals?
Does it really matter what we think??

Goals are basically just overall body strength but I haven't gotten too seriously into it yet. I will eventually... What do you mean does it matter what you think? I was just sharing my pictures like everybody else does...

looks like your lower back needs alot of work. it almost seems non existant to me. keep hittin those deads and squats to bring out your low back along with t-bars and chins to bringup your lats.

Eh, I actually think the legs are very proportionate with everything else. Looking good overall. I do agree that you should just focus on gaining overall mass, however.
EDIT: as for the lats, you're posing like I did when I first posted here. I'm guessing you're squeezing your back together too much in that pic and that your lats would look much better if you didn't do that.

suggestion-bulk up to 150 and then cut. You've got a good body with good proportions to work on.
