I have decided it's about time I started a new diet. Not so much a cut, but just get down to where I was last fall (before college started). I'm looking into a PSMF diet. I have almost no money and would like to pick up Lyle's book but am unable to afford it. I'm curious if anyone has any good links or info on his PSMF diet. I found a lot of forums and that type of thing but they were run by overweight women using PSMF to get down which doesn't cater to me as a powerlifter. I want to make this diet as quick as possible without losing too much (hopefully no) strength.
Current stats:
6'0" 255
S/B/D:
485/320/600
Body fat is about 23ish percent using 3 point test though Im new at this so it may be a little off but it should be close. Anyways, thanks a lot for your input.
