Hey guys,
I an incorporating fishoil capsules into my diet.

However, scince i am recording what i eat, i cannot find out the macronutrient breakdown, i.e - how many cals?, how many mg of fat?...

This is what it says...Enervite Super Fishoil omega 3 low reflux EPA180mg DHA120mg...BTW here's the link http://enervite.com.au/main/product_info.php?cPath=24&products_id=64 ...

At the moment i am taking one capsule in the morning and one at night...

BTW, if i am eating 185g of tuna everyday as meal 2, should i still be taking fish oil?...

It says on the package that they are 1000mg capsules. Meaning 1g of fat. Which will mean 9 calories.
Tuna isnt a particlarly oily fish, so would probably continue to take them.

It's listed in the USDA nutrient database.

Just put in "fish oil".
I checked off "salmon oil"

I'll leave the rest as an exercise to the reader.
