Well I decided to quit a few days early. I just cant stand the damn diet anymore. I went down from 192 to 185. As much as it did suck, I have lost quite a bit of weight. Not much of a difference but still noticable. Some things ive noticed

1) ALOT more chest definition (which is what I was hoping for)
2) A little bit of definition in my arms
3) Smaller gut (although it could be smaller)
4) Love handles are going away

I think im at that body % that if I were to gain some fat I wouldnt look different but at the same time if I lost a little it still wont make a difference.

Ive got a long way to go but ive got a month and a half to shapen up!

Question: I dont do muc cardio except for walking, if I begin HIIT, will I see some rapid initial fat loss? Is it like working out in a sense that if your new to lifting yoll gain some muscle mass quickly? If I start intense cardio will I see initial fat loss?

stomach looking good in last pic! I am always interested in your progress as I feel we have a somewhat similar story. Keep up the good work, let's race to 10% bf!

Hahaha well, ive always had a big back, im guess im lucky in that regard.
But I have a small chest so it evens itself out :P


BTW if its a race you want you got it :P
I just did some HIIT 2 min ago and im beat lol. I did Built's sample one and I could barely get through four of the eight cycles!

If you're still doing a PSMF I wouldn't do HIIT unless its for a very short time.

I quit the PSMF a little early. I figured that killing myself for the next few days wouldnt be worth it.

And yes KingWilder, its like that in every set of pictures. I just figure its too blurry and I just dont care enough hahaha.

Currently my caloric intake is between 2000-2300 a day. From what iv heard, your metabolism decreases after a PSMF diet, which is fine.
As well, im not afraid of losing LBM. As long as my protein intake is adequate I should be perfectly fine.

Scarz last time I checked 14.5 inches. I dont know if it was measured properly. I stuck my arm straight out to the side and my friend measured (not flexing).
