I'm sure you have 405 in you but on your next ME day maybe try to work up to it slower. Do something like 345x2, 380x1, 405x1. That 365 was too easy :p

Hi, my name is Rob and I am a huge cock. I can bench press half the planet and I can deadlift a boulder. I'm 17 years old.

How about this: Go **** yourself!

Dude that's some impressive stuff.

I'm curious, do you know roughly what the best in the world your age can lift for the big three?

PS. Next time you should move the camera a little bit more to the side so we can get a better angle.

How can you say that? You have zero experience in gear. With time and proper guidance, you have the tools to be up there with the best in the world equipped also. :burger:

It's true that he could do very well in a geared match with the right amount of training, but I think he should be RAW. He's always trained like that (correct me if I am wrong, Rob) and A lot of people have osmething against the other feds.

What the hell does that mean? He should lift however he wants. RAW, Gear, in a dress, whatever makes him happy. Who cares what people think about the feds. You lift where you want. :dj:

Oh, I'm in no way dogging on other federations. I"m cool with how anyone wants to lift. I was just saying that before I thought Rob was a completely RAW lifter and he was keeping that way. I'm not sure if that's how it is now.

Anyways, I know that RAW lifters and equipped lifters both train very hard and their accomplishments shouldn't be undermined at all. That being said, I like to see what someone can lift RAW. Not equipped. But I think watching a man move a thousand pounds of weight equipped is pretty damn cool. I'm not debating if equipped is better than RAW. That's been fought to death on here.

I guess I'll just have to wait Rob's response.

This is in no way a bash against powerlifters or anybody else that uses suits or shirts, but I honestly never have understand the logic. A bench shirt is obviously helping you lift more weight, so why use it? Even though it's a loose comparison, it'd be like giving a long jumper or high jumper shoes with some sort of super springs inside that add a foot to their vertical. I know lifting equipped still takes lots of practice and experience, but honestly.... if you can't physically lift the weight with your muscles only, what's the point in slapping on a bench shirt and phushing a grand when in reality the shirt helped you with a couple hundred pounds. It may be just me, but I think I'd feel much more self gratification if I knew I lifted the weight all by myself without the assistance of some super shirt.

if i want to elite in powerlifting i need gear, however im staying raw until im freaky enough to try gear.

i have goals of a 405 bench, 545 squat, and 635 deadlift all raw before i switch to gear, these are all at 18 years old.
