I dont understand your question.

You look really lean, could use some mass though.

lol are you serious

Way too fat, I'd PSMF for about 6 - 8 months and see where you sit after that.

Uh... you're sub 13% bf. I think you'll be ok, fatty.

Do I look fatter than I should be?

How fat do you think you should be?

How fat do you think you should be?

That's what I was going to ask.

CODmasterJYK what do you mean "fatter then you should be"? You can be as fat or as lean as you want. It's your body.

At least 30% bodyfat.

Your weight disgusts me. Put down the Cheetos and get off the couch. I would say you're at least 50% responsible for the obesity epidemic in this country. That's right, I said it. You're such a lard ass that if you trimmed down to size, we'd be halfway to getting this country back on track.

I took your picture and used the latest 'weight loss forecasting' software. If you could just lose those first 100 pounds... look how great you could look!

Best of luck. Boy do you have a long way to go.

lol. Funny responses we got here, but I probably should have specified more. Sorry, I was in a hurry, I have like 5 AP Tests, and it's driving me insane. So I will explain.

How fat do you think you should be?

Well, I wanna be really cut. See I'm a breakdancer, and to be a good breakdancer you need to be really cut. And I'm a wrestler, and they need to be really cut too. So I guess my definition of "how fat I think I should be" is really really breakdancer/wrestler cut.

Why do you need to be "cut" to breakdance?

05-15-2007, 09:36 PM
Well, I mean all the professional breakdancers that you see in breakdancing competitions are really really "cut" (as in they have a really low body fat percentage). Especially the Korean breakdancing teams (which have dominated the world championships for quite some time). They're all really cut.
I guess in terms of executing the moves, you can be kinda fat and still execute them. But to execute a move with speed and grace and to have good stamina, you need to be really cut. I mean, I've seen fat breakdancers who can do pretty much most of the moves in the book, but they don't do it fast and they can't do it for a long time (because they have little stamina).
Also there are moves where you just like can't do it unless you're really cut... like air flares and certain freezes.

I think you have the wrong idea about breakdancing. The top guys are good because they train in it a lot, not because they are 'cut'. Being cut isn't going to make you a good bboy, practice will.

05-17-2007, 06:34 AM
You don't look fat.

I don't think you necessarily need to be cut to be a good breakdancer/wrestler. You need to be strong and have stamina, for sure. I think the top guys get cut because it goes with the territory of the way they train for their sports.

You're not fat. Train hard and eat.
