when takin hydroxycut it tells you to take 4 pills 30 min before each of the 3 compond meals, i know that they exagerate this amount and i am currently takin only 3 before each meal.
my question is that during the cuttin phase youe should eat up to 6 times a day so how should i take the pills when the instructions give only three meals?
should i take less pills with all the small inbetween snacks or should i just stick to the compond meals, break, lunch,dinner????
