View Full Version : First set of pics after 4 months of lifting

I've started lifting seriously right after Christmas time and I'm pretty happy with my gains so far. I'm up from 178 to 202 and my lifts are muchhh better than they were. I'm thinking about bulking up to 210 and then cutting down to about 205, and hopefully that'll be done by September (best College party month!!)

I'm pretty happy with my back and legs but I feel like my pecs are lacking behind a little bit so I'll try to bring them up as much as possible.

Any input is welcome, thanks.

PS. The first pic is from my around Christmas time before I started lifting, and the other ones were taken today.

Damn dude, you've gained 24 lbs. since Christmas. I think you're doing awesome. You're probably right about your chest lagging but with only four months under your belt I wouldn't worry about it.

Awesome progress. Good size and nice gains in that short time. Still look pretty lean too.
