i have bin training in kick boxing for about 2 years. i just started mui thai about a mounth ago. i realy need to get more flexible in the legs. are there any good stretching "routines" any one know of??

search google for magnificent mobility (sp?). its slightly expensive, but a good buy. im still tight, but i am slowly getting better. the dvd is real well put together and would cover pretty much every muscle in the lower body. it does a crappy job with upper body flexibility, though. has like 1 exercise for upper, 30 for lower.
also, do some static stretching when you wake/go to bed and post exercise. also read about pnf stretching to learn how to further your range of motion.

Lots of static stretching. Contrary to what people say for martial arts a simple and effective way is to have someone stretch you everyday after your sessions and have them push you.
