Do you have to pay customs?

I'm thinking of buy some buy the thought of paying it pisses me off.

It's hit and miss. I've ordered twice and had to pay once (~$10). If I remember correctly, the cashier said it was about 1 in 10 packages have to pay.

That is correct. We use USPS to minimize such charges, but they still happen from time to time.
