Can anyone find that thread that had the pictures of people with the corresponding body fat percentages? It was like a chart that went from 3% up to around 12%. I tried finding it before but had no luck.

i will keep a watch on this post....I would love to see this.......wish i had been taking pics of myself, i started at 22% and I am now at 10.6%

I don't think this will be stickied though. I liked it and found it helpful but the mods on here don't really agree I don't think. Since bodyfat percentages look differently even when they are the same (on different people). Its all about how you carry your fat.

I dunno why the pictures aren't working. They were a few months ago the last time I looked at them.

And yeah, "sliced guy" reminds me of that "Body Worlds" exhibit with the plasticized dead people.

That site makes me never want to be below 7-9%!

The pic at the 12% level seems more like 9-10% based on what I've gathered from this forum. I'd love to look like that.

"Abdominator in the Defined state" has very similar proportions to Serge Nubret, only smaller.

And ShaneG85 looks SO WEIRD!

The sliced guy scares me. Not just as in "OMG i'm awed" but "Oh my god I am afraid of Vascular Man". That's what I've officially dubbed him...either that or Ridiculous Looking Bicep Man
