I searched the forum and internet for anything comparing BSN CellMass and SciTec Kre-Alkalyn Powder. When brought down to its basic properties, Kre-Alkalyn is a refined Creatine that is 100 percent stable and side-effect free and CellMass is a formula that increases the absorbtion of creatine into the bloodstream dramatically, without water retention. In the end, which is more effective, and which purchase will be easier on the wallet in the long run? I know they both use differect chemical propreties in order to stimulate absorbtion, but which is more effective and true to its claims overall? Thanks in advance. I know forums get these stupid questions all the time. Sorry for this.

As opposed to the side-effect laden creatine elsewhere? I have nothing constructive to throw in except you should just take pure creatine monohydrate.

cell mass is 59.99 for 1.41 lbs on the BSN website

the scifit kre alkalyn is 22 bucks for 60 servings

now, on the flip side

opticen is 35 bucks for 4.6 lbs

creatine 500 is 15 bucks for 100 servings

you do the math my man.

Thanks guys; So I'll stick to Creatine Monohydrate. BSN CellMass is definitely out of the picture! Creatine 500 will do.

good choice, try atlarge's opticen if you want a MRP, or possibly wait for atlarge's weight gain powder to come out...its higher quality than BSN and im sure it won't be 60 dollars for 1.41 pounds.
