So i was a bit to light for my last show for my 6' height, so i put on about 60lbs from 172-to around -236.
What im trying to get from comment would be if you guys think if i should try to go for the may26th show or the june8th show. I feel confident that i could come in cut enough for the may26th show. (only want to do one)

But you guys decide. My Bulk Ended in Jan i started cutting since then.

With then more days to cut, I would say go for the June 8th show.

you are not going to be ready in 9 days. You look atleast 6 weeks out to me. Your bodyfat looks to be around 10% right now.

That sounded harsh, but you have a lot of work to do. You were much leaner in your 1st contest pictures.

Philou123: thanks alot
so im sorta screwed, i thought i could do the june 9th show but is says i would have to weigh in the day before.

And its already like 4hour drive. I think im just going to be a little more strict on my eating and see how i look a few days before after i take the water outta me.

If i still look like crap ill just wait till next year.
I can always put on another 60lbs right?

Btw: thanks for all the posts, now that i know you guys think i should wait it may just be enuf to wake myself up at 5am from now till then to do my morning cardio....

I think you put on way too much fat during the offseason. Offseason doesn't mean just put on weight, you should be putting on quality weight.

You can't effectively manipulate your water unless you are very lean. I would skip this competition season all together. You need another year of lean bulking and then compete next year.

Just my opinion.

Thanks for the input Cphafner, as this rule does work for most people. After my 2005 show i tried to do the lean bulk. I just didnt see it working for me.
I know i may have spilled a bit high in bodyfat levels, and i should be doing cardio, during my bulk.

But with this type of bulking program i was on it allowed me to move up alot in muscle mass.

You look great, but yeah the contest is too close I'm thinking. Bodyfat looks to be 11-13%

You can add on alot of mass but I agree with him. It just takes way too much time to drop all that useless fat for a contest. I did the exact same thing this past bulk. I was sick of being small so I just ate and ate and I gained 45lbs but 30 of that is blubber and I'm still trying to get rid of it all.

If you're frustrated about your size gain and don't want to gain much bodyfat you may want to consider getting some assistance. If not then you simply need to be more patient.

Just trying to help you out man. You look to be 10% so depending on how late your show (s) are you might be able to drop enough fat in time.

Agreed with the consensus. You also need to work on your posing, especially the side-chest shot. Although it looks like you were goofing around in that pose.

You look good but you arent contest ready bro. I wouldnt even worry about the the fat gain in the offseason if you feel you put on significant amounts of muscle and managed to hold on to it during the cut. Next time just give yourself more time to to get leaner.
