Candida is a yeast. I know that eating yogurt can reduce occurences of yeast infections in women, but if you already have an infection, I doubt your diet can do anything about that. See a doctor.

If you go to your doctor mentioning candida build-up then your doctor will laugh at you. Mine did. Forget what she said though.

What symptoms do you have that make you think you have this sort of build-up?

Caprylic acid is normally used for candida elimination. I've got some capsules that have caprylic acid, pau d'arco, oregano oil and black walnut that I take when I feel it necessary. Seems to work pretty well.
