Pacific Salmon Oil?

Ok I was scrounging through my vitamin cabinet, and noticed that I had salmon oil pills. I know it wasn't I who bought it, I was just wondering what this stuff is about?

It contains EPA and possibly DHA, which are omega-3s. I think supplementing with these is a good idea. More as a general health thing, than a bodybuilding one. You can do a search if you want more info.

Yup, and i believe that EPA can be converted into DHA if necessary so ace.
