As you can see, i'm pretty much failing right now.
Im new to all this working out, but 6'2.5, almost 150 is mad ugly..
YOu can answer the questions to my thread, THEN, insult me horribly.
Question: I want to get bigger, but I'm in the volleyball season and can't gain really any excess 'flab/fat'. Would i be able to take Just protein, workout and get bigger?
If so i am open to suggestions, I have a gnc near by, pretty much the only place i can go.

Would i be able to take Just protein, workout and get bigger? No. As awesome as that would be, eating protein does not automatically create magic muscles. :) You need to eat more calories than you're burning in order to get bigger. You need to start tracking your calories on www.fitday.com - sign up, it's free. You need to go on a slow bulk if you are concerned with fat gain...though at your weight, I think you'll just start filling out if you simply eat more. You are underweight. Obviously you need to be able to have a good vertical jump and speed for volleyball, but at your height and weight, I don't think it would harm too much to gain a few pounds. Read the "Best of" links in my signature. Heck...read a lot of the links in my signature. What are your goals? Do you have a routine right now? What's your diet like?

1) Start using fitday
When you have more questions you can give us a link to your fitday. If you are concerned with gaining fat, yet want to gain weight, then tracking cals is extremely important.
