Fish oil

Just curious to see how many grams of fish oil everybody takes. I take three in the morning and three at night for a total of six grams. I weigh 170lbs. Currently cutting.

i was doing the same. however if you read at t-nation. you will see that some take like 16 pills. geeze

Read all the Get built articles. She covers fish oil and dosing in one of them. I think it is one of the first. Read them all anyways because they are good and MA rocks.

I take 7-10g a day. It is way cheap so why not. Costco even had it onsale this week for $3 off making 400 pills $6 or so.

I take 10g of fish oil daily; 10g will give me 3g of combined EPA/DHA

230lbs, and I take 10-12 per day. I get my fats in, becuase a lot is saturated from milk and whey, so I need good fat somewhere.
