Hello I am new to all this weight lifting stuff and want to introduce myself. I'm 17, about to be 18, and want to become more active. I need more of a schedule in life and want to get into more athlectic shape so I realized that weight lifting is great for this. I got a memeber ship on wednesday and worked on legs with some friends, then did the same the next day but with back/upper body. Today I'm taking a day off becuase the squats made it so i can't walk correctly or sit, hehe.
I'd like some advice from you people on what I should do. What sounds like a good idea.. i'll give you my stats and yall can take it from there...

Eat, eat, eat, and then eat some more. After that force feed yourself some more.

Get a good routine and stick with it. You should be fine if you do these two things. GL w/ the journal, I'll be checking in every so often ;).
