i need to express my happiness..i have been on a good diet for 4 weeks now, and working out atleast 2 hours a day at the gym, 6 days a week. i do cardio every day, which either includes running or playing racketball...
my max bench was 365 beginning..i was hoping to max next week for 380..and today i put ton 335 hoping to get it up 3 times solid maybe 4...

I GOT IT UP 7 TIMES! and i calculated my max press on a calculator, and its somewhere around 390-400 lbs! WTF! i am on kre-alkalin, but besides that, im just eating healthy, taking fish oil three times a day, and a lot of vitamins. i am sorry, i had to express my joy. thanks for helping me out guys on diet and stuff, i really appreciate it..im going to bring my video cam with my buddy so i can record my max next week!

yes, i do cardio every day, but wed and saturday is pure cardio. ill be maxing this week so ill be sure to post it first thing
