Taken from a darkside publication, I understand the idea behind it but I would like a couple of thoughts of what to couple it with my ME work. Should I be cycling my exercises the same as per normal (Ie, GM's 60-70% of the time, sqauts 20% and deads the other 10%), or should I be squatting in gear as outlined in the second table?
