Hey guys. I've got some new pics from today. The old ones are for comparison. Since March 31st, I maintained 174-175 in hopes of gaining some strength without the fat. Two weeks ago Thursday I started a cut and hope to reach 11-12 %BF by around June 25th or so. Could you guys give me a critique on the progress compared to the old ones as far as thickness, leaness, etc.
Also, if I could get a read on my BF that would GREAT! Then I could finally have a set plan as to when I'll reach a certain BF on my cut.
Thanks guys!

I should mention that the leg pics are a bit decieving...I know that they're bigger than they were but the way the pic is taken it looks the opposite.

Think its too early to tell honestly, but in another two months, the changes should be there.

Also I think your bf estimate would be more or less accurate. Sure someone more experienced will chime in.

On the front picture you can see a clear improvement in my opinion, ie you start to see the upper abs a little bit. Keep it up man!

Thanks man. I'm actually surprised how easy it has been to cut. I'm eating roughly 1000 less cals than I'm use to and it hasn't effected me that much. Carb cycling is the way to go!

From one Wisconsinite to another - so with all due respect - I wouldn't continue cutting if I were you. It's not going to hurt you, but I'm not sure if you need it at the moment.

I'm not arguing with you, but my thinking was this: cut for another 5-8 weeks until I get down to around 10%BF and have a good base to work with...then follow that up with a sloow bulk(1lb a week) until I reach 200..
Is it that you don't think I have enough bulk to justify the cut, or I'm just not that fat?

I assume people aren't seeing a very large change(not surprising, it's only been 2 months and I maintained) because nooone is commenting but there are tons of views, but could you guys atleast comment on the BF of the new ones?

I think the title kind of gives away the reason. Its been two weeks. More than likely any weight loss will be water/glycogen(think thats the right word).

Post pictures after 3 or 4 months.

Alright..I figured that. Do you think I'm at about the 15-16 % that I wrote in my sig.
