I love Kung Pao chicken or schechuan chicken, or any Chinese dish with chicken and vegetables. I know if you get the stuff at a restaurant it will be packed with sodium , carbs, and calories.

Anyone know how to make these meals at home as close as possible to the stuff you get from restaurants? Especially kung pao, that hits the spot every time.

Buy Gourmet Nutrition (http://www.johnberardi.com/products/gourmet/). It has some great Chinese recipes, plus all of the meals are protein oriented.

In my opinion, it is invaluable.
