I'm gonna start working with a 5X5 routine...I found this on net somewhere, BUT there are a lot of variations so it has me a bit confused...Does this look okay???
Monday (all weights ramped)
Bench 5X5
Squat 5X5
Rows 5X5
Weighted Dips 2 sets
Wed
Milary Press 5X4
Squat 5X4
Rows 5X4
Curls 2 sets
Chinup/pullups 5 sets
Friday
Bench 5X4, 1X3, 1X8
Squat 5X5 1X3 1X8
Rows 5X5 1X3 1X8
Weighted Dips 2 sets
The only thing different is I wanna add snatches into the routine. Where would be best place to do that?
