Fitday says that this sugary fruit has under 1 gram of fat about 1 gram of protein and 0g of sugar per serving. But it taste like sugar and I can't stop eating it, can I eat this? :)

Fitday doesnt list sugar content. I went to to the usda website and per 100g, watermelon has 6g of sugar, majority of which is fructose.

If it fits in your macros, eat it.

Why is this in the recipes,section?
