G'day guys and gals,
To setup the question some background information that may help. Do weights 4 times a week, worked at a supermarket 18 hours a week (this may change soon) and about to start working as a removalist for 40 hours a week.
This is fairly heavy on the joints in the arms (elbows / wrists) and i sometimes experience a fair bit of pain especially in my left wrist. It's been described as tendonitis but i'm not 100% sure that's what it is after reading other peoples descriptions of their experiences with it.
Anyway my question is on Glucosamine supplementation. I'm looking to start it as I don't want to end up with creaky joints and a ruined body just because of my physical activities in my youth =P. I've read the article on glucosamine and why Glucosamine HCL is better then Glucosamine Sulfate (due to the HCL being more readily accepted by the body and less "watered down" to my understanding). As I've looked around though I've found that only Sulfate products come packaged with "Chondroitin" (spelling?).
Is it worth taking the Sulfate product to get the "Chondroitin" or would I be better off sticking with the plain Hydrochloride product?
Thanks for all your help =)
