muscle tech has great products
most of them at least have a scientific basis for taking them
I will never use them though
Their marketing hype and extremely overpriced nature precludes any notion i have of purchasing their product
they take modest results from a study and make rediculous extrapolations
also, their language is decieving
take cell tech for instance, they claim 10 lbs of lean mass
well technically weight gain from water and glycogen (from all the damn sugar in their not to mention the creatine) is lean mass but most people look at that to mean 10 lbs of MUSCLE gain
there is an enormous difference

Great products, ok.
Wait, it doesnt seem like you think too highly of their products, homes. You say they're overpriced, the gains are mostly glycogen and water, and the results based on extrapolated figures.
Explain thyself, knave!

Well as I said in the other post, I only buy nitro-tech bars. Going by their label they are superior in my opinion to any other high protein/low-carb bar, and per box $5 cheaper than the other decent competitors.
As for BS Marketing...well here are the first two sites I checked:
http://www.cytodyne.com/products/cytoplex/chart.asp
http://www.ast-ss.com/research/cribb/articles/VP2_Max-OT_research_3-19-01.asp
I mean sure muscletech has BS marketing...but almost all supp companies do, so that point is BS. The muscletech product I buy is cheaper than some competitors so that argument isn't true for all their products either.
So perhaps if you are sticking to your principles you shouldn't take any supplements anymore as they are all overpriced in some fashion and give BS or misleading ads.

I have found that cytodyne actually makes legit products. The supplements I have used by them have lived up to what there suppose to do.

Muscletech and any other supp company that sells over-priced products can kiss my *****. Who can trust someone who claims that methoxy will make him gain 5-10 pounds of solid muscle. I used to trust them when I first started being serious about bodybuilding but then I realised that there are very few products and companies that you can trust.

always lookinto fine print, cuz u can graf from things from ranges, and standard deviation, 95% confidences, etc, then change the graf (a graph might say, deviated or whatever, im not sure on statistics stuff). that i learned in my math and science classes; the grafs are not BS, u just have to make sure u understand what they are graphing
also, i think ast-ss's protein is pretty good, altho i haven't gained as much weight as they promised, i kept a record on when i ate what brand, and i grew the most on their vp2. most likely not an illusionary correlation, happened to my bro too
All i knows is Mesotech bars taste oh so damn good
However it isn't 1860% better than other bars :(

WTF does the marketing or charts have to do with anything anyway...I look at the ****in label, I look at the price that's ****in it. Protein is protein sure you can get hydrolyzed or micronized or whatever but in each of their forms they're the same *****. If you say all their products are more expensive then you are wrong.
I hate defending a company for no reason other than to make others think...

never picked up on the decieving language in the adverts. But aware of how lean body mass includes everything but fat.
But also when working out body fat %. Its better to be carrying lots of water weight, so you may have X amount of fat. But if your carying twice as much water the % of X fat will decrease.
The picture of the athlete does not have to be taken when they are bloated with a lower BF%.
then take a duitertic for the pics, which will decrease their lean body mass, but make them look leaner. So they may not be at 5%bf in the pics as dehydrated. But Its not lieing, just not showing the whole truth.
