Hey all, im new to these forums and was wondering if i could get some advice. Im 17 years old and i have been training for a year or so, been taking supplements such as whey protein, some creatine etc. I am now looking into a multi-vitamin: Universal Animal Pak. I was just wondering if anyone could give advice on this and my main question, does it contin any hormone enchancing additives? as i dont want anything to do with steroid type things nor the negitive things that come with messing with hormones, Many Thanks.

Does Animal Pak contain any stimulants?
No. Animal Pak does not contain any ephedra, synephrine, caffeine or other stimulants.

Is Animal Pak a multivitamin?
Yes and no. One of it's component is a complete and comprehensive multivitamin that's true. In fact, as a multivitamin alone, nothing comes close to Animal Pak in terms of potency as explained above. That's why Animal Pak is the #1 selling training pack in the world. But Animal Pak isn't just a multi. It contains a range of essential and non-essential amino acids, digestive enzymes, electrolytes, antioxidants, lipotropics, and other nutrients to support lifters.

that info came off of a site that sells the product.

It sounds like it's just another company trying to pull a BSN, hype up a product that is average at best and slap a hefty price tag on it. How did I come to my conclusion? lol, just read this..

Animal Pak isn't the cheapest multi. Is it worth it?
If you're going for the cheapest, then Animal Pak isn't for you. If you're not serious about training, then Animal Pak isn't for you. If you like shopping at the dollar store, then pick any daily multi. But if you want quality, then Animal Pak is the only choice.

Over priced, just got 500 multis for $8-10 at costco. It will last over a year.

And well worth the money in my opinion. AnimalPak's are the only Multivitamins I have ever felt and I swear by em. A can can be had for $20.00 The science behind the paks is that of the 13 tabs there are different coatings designed to make suere that everything is released over time. I don't see how you can fit what is in 13 horsepills in 1 tab.

You take it instead of a multi? Or do you take both? My old roommate use to take Animal Pak's and liked them as well.

I think it is a solid product.

We would like for you to check out our multi product here:http://atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php?products_id=6&osCsid=79a34ff3a21cc8522dea63a11dd8a9c0

It is significantly less expensive and formulated for the hard training individual.

I might actually look into Animal Pack. I have tried a few different ones and can't always digest them. I have no idea why.

I swear buy it, it's a great multi. Plus if you shop around you can pick up the 44 pack for around or under 20.
