Next time consider doing this:

Front relaxed
Most muscular
Lat spread
Back double bi

It tends to work out better than "Left hand ring finger, third toe on right foot" etc. We can see all your body parts at once that way.

I just thought I'd let you know that if you click on the "next" button in your pictures, because I thought it was a shot of your shoulder it shows a naked woman and I think she might be someone you don't want everyone to see. But I'm not sure.

Edit: Nevermind. They're all completely different people and I think that's how the website is.

Tofer - Well i couldn't because I was the one taking the pics, I'll add those when my sisters get home. And I put wheels and calves up there.

EDIT: Shark - I don't know wtf that is, but I did NOT put that on there, I think those are pics from other uploaded pics. I need to register at pb or something, lol.

Looking lean. Legs look good.

I'd agree you need some more 'standard' poses. You'll thank yourself if you ever want to do before/afters.

hey bro, this is in NO way a negative comment. EAT. all the supps in the world will do you no good without food and lots of it. food builds muscle, not supps. supps just help the food do its thing.

I don't even take supps, yet. But once I do start, more food than supps.
